Are your products food safe / dishwasher safe?

All of our products are food safe. In order to keep your post looking there best for longer, we recommend hand washing due to the bespoke nature of the item.

How long will it take for my item to be shipped?

We try our best to ship your order as soon as we can. However, please allow up to 3 working days from purchase for your order to be sent. Once sent shipping usually takes 3-5 working days.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on products if you’ve changed your mind. However, if there is a problem with your item please do get in touch.

We spend a lot of time packing your order very carefully to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that it arrives damaged, please email potterybyfrey@outlook.co.uk with attached photos and we can replace / refund your item.

Can I commission a piece?

Yes, please note that order time for commissioned pieces (depending on the order size) is around 4 weeks. Get in touch with us to chat about it!
